The exhibit tells an important story about one of the hardest hit units of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Lima Company 3/25.

The exhibit is made up of 9 life-size portraits of the 23 Marines and corpsman who lost their lives while serving in Iraq from February to September 2005, including six members from the Cincinnati area.

Each of the paintings were done by an Ohio artist.

The memorial now travels the country, but this week will call Cincinnati home.
