The weekend can’t get here soon enough and you are wanting to make plans.  Well here are some ideas on what is going on “Out & About” in the Tri-State this weekend.

The Hamilton County Parks is celebrating its 85th Birthday Saturday.  The birthday bash will give you a lot of free opportunities.  You’ll get free entry to all 21, of the Great Parks; free rentals on the bikes, boats canoes, and kayaks, free entry to all the water playgrounds, fishing, educational programs, outdoor fitness you can even get free golf, plus live music and so much more.

Check out the Flying Circus at the Butler County Regional Airport with over 175 remote controlled model aircraft, on Saturday and Sunday 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., it does cost $10 to get in.

Or head out the Batesville Bash, Downtown Batesville, Ind.  Sidewalk sales begin on Friday, and the bash starts Saturday with craft vendors, food and live music… and it’s FREE.

Check out the Lebanon Blues Festival, on Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., in downtown Lebanon. Plenty of Blues bands, food, a beer garden, a classic car show.

The rescheduled date for Paddlefest is Sunday, you still have time to register and enjoy a different way of seeing and enjoying the river and a view of the city.
