Sycamore Twp. Wendy's robbed at gunpoint

SYCAMORE TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - A Sycamore Township Wendy's was robbed at gunpoint early Sunday morning, police say.

The suspect walked up to the drive-thru window at the Kenwood Road location and pointed a black semi-automatic handgun at the employee, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office. He was given an undetermined amount of cash from the drive-thru register.

After receiving the money, the suspect fled on through the rear parking lot. A K9 search was conducted but the suspect was not located.

No injuries were reported in the incident.

The suspect is described as a black male, around 5-foot-10, thin build, wearing a dark colored hoodie, orange t-shirt and black shorts.
