GRANT COUNTY, KY (FOX19) - The Grant County man accused of beating six people, including some with special needs, has agreed to a plea deal, according to the Grant County Clerk of Courts.
Eric Unthank allegedly broke into a Dry Ridge home on Ten Mile Road in December of last year. He then beat multiple residents with a club and some victims had special needs according to officials.
Unthank was indicted in January on one count of burglary, one count of first degree assault, two counts of second degree assault and one count of persistent felony offender.
The Grant County Clerk of Courts could not go into specifics of the plea deal, but did confirm that sentencing will take place on Sept. 23.
