Cincinnati Bengals fans will see new upgrades to Paul Brown Stadium as the team hosts the New York Giants in the preseason opening football game.In the offseason, the front office worked on more than $20 million in upgrades.The scoreboard system will the most noticeable change. The main video boards are now more than twice the size of previous boards. The screens are also crisper and sharper.PBS will also feature new concession stands, new wifi, and improved workout rooms for the team.The game against the Giants starts at 7:30 p.m.
