MUST SEE: Mickelson slides, Daly heaves club at PGA

Sheboygan, Wis. (FOX19 NOW) - Golf can be frustrating at times, but it also can be fun at times.

Five-time major champion Phil Mickelson showed he's still a kid at heart by sliding down a hill at the PGA Championship.

Nearing the end of his second round, "Lefty" decided instead of walking down an embankment on the 8th fairway at Whistling Straits, he would just slide down and have some fun.

Mickelson would par the hole and finish at 1-over-par, which should be enough to make it to the weekend.

While Mickelson was having fun, John Daly was not.

The 1991 PGA champion hit three balls into Lake Michigan on the par-3 7th hole, then threw his club into water! (Blame the club, right?)

Daly's loss, however, was another young fan's gain. Cameras captured the boy hopping off the back of a boat and fishing the club out of the water, holding it high to the cheers of the gallery.

Daly made a 10 on the hole and won't be needing that club this weekend, anyway.
