LINCOLN HEIGHTS, OH (FOX19) - The gunman wanted in a weekend shooting is under arrest.
Raymond Stevens, 57, is held on a felonious assault charge at the Hamilton County jail. He faces a judge at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
Steven shot a man in the neck in the 1000 block of Simmons Avenue about 3:30 p.m. Sunday, according to the county sheriff's office.
The victim was grazed by the bullet and refused treatment for his minor injuries.
Stevens fled the scene, but he was taken into custody Monday.
A motive in the attack was not disclosed.
