Pennsylvania authorities say a man who ignored verbal warnings and was pepper sprayed -- was then shot and killed after he attacked a state trooper with a chain saw. The trooper was injured on the shoulder, lower back and buttocks. Police say 40-year-old William Henkle had called nine-one-one and said he was having a heart attack. But when police and an ambulance arrived, he was outside the house in Wilkes-Barre with a chain saw running. State and local officers formed a semi-circle around Henkle and ordered him to drop it. A state police captain says Henkle revved the saw and refused to put it down. Police say they used pepper spray, then opened fire when Henkle lunged at a trooper. Henkle was hit by at least 13 bullets.
