GREEN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

A motorist faces an aggravated vehicular homicide charge in the crash that killed a motorcyclist last week.

Paul Theobold, 25, is scheduled to face a judge Wednesday morning following his arrest Tuesday. He was released on his own recognizance.

According to court records, he pulled his 2013 Mazda 3 from a stop sign on Ridgewood Lane at North Bend Road and turned left into the path of an oncoming 2001 Honda CBR motorcycle that had the right-of-way.

The motorcyclist, Michael Baldock, also 25, was unable to avoid the Mazda and his bike struck the driver's side.

Baldock was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he died.
