ROSELAWN (FOX19) - A burglary suspect is held in lieu of $300,000 bond at the Hamilton County jail on charges he broke into an apartment, attacked a man and then chased after him and another victim, ramming their car, as they tried to escape.
Chris Carter, 40, is held in lieu of $300,000 bond at the Hamilton County jail. He faces two counts of felonious assault and one count of aggravated burglary.
According to court records, Carter broke into a Seymour Avenue residence by breaking a basement door window Sunday.
Once inside, he implied he had a weapon by putting his hand in the waistband of his pants. He fought with one of two residents home at the time.
The two victims managed to escape and drove off for Cincinnati Police District 4 in Bond Hill.
Carter gave chase in a Ford F-150 pickup truck and rammed their car several times before fleeing.
