CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
One car landed on top of another in a five-vehicle crash that briefly shut down the Western Hills Viaduct during morning rush hour Thursday.
Cincinnati Police Lt. Bruce Hoffbauer says three cars were stopped in traffic heading westbound on the Viaduct, a fourth car was slowing coming to a stop when a fifth car couldn't stop and caused the pile up by landing on top of a car.
Victor Cathey, 21, of Cincinnati, was cited for unable to stop with assured clear distance, Lt. Hoffbauer said.
At least one person was hurt in the 8 a.m. collision. They were transported to the hospital and released.
