Man kills two children, slits his own throat
Police in Columbus, Georgia, say a man and two young children are dead and three other children are hospitalized after a violent domestic dispute. Witnesses told police that a woman followed by a five-year-old child with blood on her ran screaming from a home, then collapsed. The woman was not physically injured. Police Major Russell Traino says officers broke down the door of the house and found a man and a child dead inside. Another child died at a hospital. Three other children underwent surgery. A hospital spokeswoman says two are in critical condition and one is listed as unsatisfactory. Police say the father stabbed the children, then killed himself by slitting his own throat.
