Teens charged in armed LaRosa's robbery

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

 Two teenagers face charges in an armed hold-up earlier this summer at LaRosa's Pizza, 2467 Compton Rd.

Robert Thomas Vogel, 18, and a juvenile suspect entered the business June 15 and demanded cash from the manager, court records show.

Vogel brandished a semi-automatic handgun, and the juvenile held up a knife, according to Colerain Township police.

Both suspects covered their faces and wore rubber gloves.

Police found the gun used in the offense when they searched Vogel's residence, court records show.

He also was had on the same boots worn during the robbery when he was arrested on warrants out of Butler County.

Vogel was booked into the Hamilton County jail on one count of aggravated robbery Tuesday. He is being held on a $100,000 bond.
