MT. HEALTHY, OH (FOX19) -

A Loveland mom faced a judge Friday on multiple charges after police say they found her driving drunk with her two small children the car.

Lakesha Hudson's children were not wearing seatbelts and one child who is 10 months-old, had no diaper or undergarments when officers pulled her red 2000 Pontiac over on Hamilton Avenue just before 1 a.m. Thursday, police noted in court records.

Hudson, 36, told officers an open beverage in the console contained beer.

Then she resisted arrest. She yanked away from officers as they escorted her to their cruiser, pushed them and sat on the ground, records state.

It's not clear who is caring for her children including a 6-year-old while she is locked up at the Hamilton County jail.

She is held on charges of endangering children, resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, refusing to take a breath test, and possession of an open container.

A judge set her bond at $60,000.
