Investigators confirmed they have found a body in a vacant home in Dayton, Ky.
An investigation began at a house on Sixth Ave. around 11 a.m. Friday morning when police said a person of interest led investigators to the location.
Officials confirm the body was recovered Saturday morning.
Dayton Police confirmed with FOX19 NOW that a man who led them to the home where a body was found is not a suspect at the moment.
Officials said the man is helping with the investigation.
That man has yet to be identified by officials.
According to reports, the house was thought to be vacant.
According to authorities, they're awaiting an autopsy to positively identify the body and figure out a cause of death.
