Police: Shooting victim drives to Downtown bus station parking lot

AVONDALE, OH (FOX19) -

A shooting victim drove more than three miles from Avondale into downtown Cincinnati, where he pulled into the Greyhound bus station parking lot, Cincinnati police said.

The man, 34, of Bethel was found with gunshot wounds to his torso and arm about 12:40 a.m.Wednesday in the lot off Gilbert Avenue, said Lt. Tim Brown, the night chief.

He was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he is expected to recover.

A female passenger in his vehicle, 23, was grazed in the knee by a bullet. She was treated at the scene.

Police are still investigating, but so far they determined two men shot at the victims as they sat in their vehicle at Ridgeway Avenue and Blair Court, Brown said.

The suspects fled. No arrests were made.
