If the way to a person’s heart is through the stomach, then a new dating app will surely be a success.
The app, called “Sizzl,” connects bacon lovers together nationwide. Oscar Mayer is behind the gimmick and calls it a means of finding “thousands of like-minded lovers who share your selective taste in bacon.”
Setting up your Sizzl profile requires answering some important questions about your taste in bacon:
What type of bacon do you prefer?
-Hardwood smoked for a really long time
-Thick Cut, because more is more
-Maple and sweet like me
If you’re on a date and there’s one strip of bacon left, you…
-Take it, obviously
-Generously give it away
Once the questionnaire is complete, users are matched with like-minded bacon aficionados. Similar to the Tinder dating app, if users “like” each other, they’ll be able to message each other.
Sizzl is free and only available for iPhones in the iTunes app store for a limited time.
“Because why should you settle for someone who doesn’t love bacon?” the app makers ask. Good question.
