Police: Man exposed himself at closed gravel lot

HARRISON, OH (FOX19) -

A southeastern Indiana man is accused of exposing himself to two people at a closed gravel pit business while trying to steal/move a soda pop machine.

Timothy Frank Baldwin, 69, of West Harrison, Indiana, is held on charges of public indecency and attempt (theft) at the Hamilton County jail.

He is scheduled to face a judge Thursday morning.

The offense allegedly occurred Wednesday at 170 Pilot Dr. in Harrison, police wrote in court records.
