WARREN COUNTY, OH (FOX19) -

A man wanted in Franklin for multiple weapons violations was arrested Friday after being located by Middletown police, said officials.

According to officials, Eastton Pearson had active warrants out for his arrest for felonious assault and other charges.

Pearson was reportedly at the Econolodge Motel at 251 Conover Drive in room 138.

Middletown detectives said they also had information that he was armed with a Glock handgun.

The Warren County Tactical Response Unit was called out to arrest Pearson around 1:30 p.m., said police.

Officials stated the response unit forced entry into the room after several minutes of unsuccessful negotiation attempts with Pearson.

Reports showed that Pearson and a minor female were taken into custody without further incident and turned over to detectives from Middletown,
