MT. AUBURN, OH (FOX19) -

The battle over Planned Parenthood's services spilled to the streets of Mount Auburn Tuesday afternoon.

Those supporting both sides of the issue rallied in front of the Mt. Auburn clinic for hours.

"I think it's important that women keep their rights," said Chrissy Helton.

Fighting back was the Right to Life of Greater Cincinnati.

"I am here today because I believe in life," said Betsy Jacquez.

Supporters of Planned Parenthood - clad in pink - marched outside the offices in support as part of the Pink Out Day national movement. Fighting back was the Right to Life of Greater Cincinnati. Both sides had strong messages.

"Anyone who is pregnant anywhere has many health care options besides abortion," Jacquez said.

Federal funding for the clinic has sparked a heated back-and-forth between supporters and opponents of the now under-fire healthcare provider.

The service at the center of the most controversy, abortion.

"Only God creates life, and only God should take life, and yet we have desecrated this life that he's given us," Jacquez said.

This comes on the heels of a state health department ruling over patient-transfer agreements.

A legal battle now has the clinic in jeopardy of closing its doors.

A ruling Monday mandates the clinic stays open while the legal process plays out.
