Two men are expected to recover from two unrelated shootings overnight, Cincinnati police said.
Police found a 49-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the leg when they responded to the corner of corner of Robb Street and Airport Road about 11 p.m. Tuesday, said Lt. Tim Brown, the night chief.
The victim was shot following a dispute outside a house with a male acquaintance, Brown said.
A few hours earlier, officers investigated a shooting on Maple Avenue near Knott Street in Avondale, he said.
A man, 20, told police he was shot for no apparent reason by someone who pulled up in an unknown vehicle about 9:45 p.m.
Both shooting victims were taken by ambulance to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Brown said.
No arrests were made.
