Police: Man shot 4 times in legs not cooperating

Cincinnati police said a man shot four times in his legs late Sunday is not cooperating with their investigation.

Officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 400 block of Kings Run Road about 9:30 p.m., said Lt. Tim Brown, the night chief.

When they arrived, they found a 23-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds to his legs, Brown said.

He told police he was standing in a yard, heard two men arguing and then gunshots, Brown said.

The man told officers that's when he realized he was shot in the legs, according to Brown.

The victim was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where police said he is expected to recover.

Brown said the man was not cooperating with investigators.

No arrests were made.
