A woman who works at Frisch’s in West Price Hill told police she was threatened with being shot because she got the customer’s order wrong.

Colleen Creech was arrested and charged with aggravated Menacing. She has posted a $1000 dollar bond.
It happened Tuesday night just before 10 p.m. along Glenway road. The victim claims when she went out to Creech’s car that Creech told her she would shoot her. The suspect, who would not do a formal interview said she never threatened the victim. She did say, “words were exchanged.”
The victim claims those words included racial slurs and comments about her weight. After the threat of being shot, the victim ran back in the restaurant, but not before falling and scraping her arm. She told me the suspect followed her in as she ran to the back seeking safety. “I was terrified I didn’t know what to do,” she said.
A spokesperson for Frisch’s would not comment, but said they hold employee safety in the utmost. Creech said she is taking legal action against the victim and may go after her for lying on a police report.
