$350M Liberty Center opens Thursday

LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

The grand opening will held at 9 a.m. Thursday for the $350 million Liberty Center.

The center features a number of restaurants, retail and nearby luxury apartments. 

The mixed-use project, developed by Steiner + Associates, is located on 64 acres at the Interstate 75 and Ohio 129 interchange in Liberty Township north of Cincinnati.

The Liberty Center will feature more than 800,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and entertainment, 75,000 square feet of office space, 240 luxury apartments and a 130-room AC Hotel by Marriott.

Anchor tenants include: Dillard’s, the 200,000 square-foot store, which will be their first Ohio store built from the ground up; DICK’s Sporting Goods will occupy 80,000 square feet; and Cobb Luxury 15 & CineBistro will be a new-to-market concept for the company.

Restaurants to open at Liberty Center include: Cantina Laredo, Cooper’s Hawk, Flip Side, Rusty Bucket, Brio Tuscan Grill, Cheesecake Factory, Kona Grill, Pie & Pints, Northstar Café and Rodizio Grill.

To date, more than 90 tenants have been announced and include: Banana Republic, Buckle, Build-A-Bear, Chico’s, Eddie Bauer, Express, Foot Locker, Funny Bone Comedy Club, Graeter’s Ice Cream, H&M, Hollister, J. Jill, Old Navy, Pandora, Rogers Jewelers, Rookwood Pottery, The Limited, Victoria’s Secret, White House Black Market, among others.
