A former treasurer of a West Chester church is accused of stealing approximately $400,000 from the congregation, according an incident report.
Garry Meyer, 61, of West Chester, was arrested Friday night after allegedly stealing from Tri-County Baptist Church, police records show.
He has served since 2001 as treasurer of the church, officials said.
Meyer remains in Butler County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
