NORTH AVONDALE, OH (FOX19) -

A dispute between two brothers ended with one stabbed and the other under arrest, Cincinnati police officials said.

Morris Moore, 31, also known as Mosheh Yatenga, is held without bond at the Hamilton County jail on charges of felonious assault and domestic violence.

He is scheduled to face a judge at 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Police arrested him Monday and charged him with stabbing his brother in the mid-torso after the two argued inside the first floor hallway of an apartment building about 8:20 p.m. in the 900 block of Barry Lane, said Lt. John Cordova, the night chief.

The victim was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he is expected to recover.

A motive in the attack was not disclosed.

Court records state the weapon was a steak knife.
