A victim who was shot outside a Westwood shopping center died from his injuries almost a week later, Cincinnati Police said.
Police say they responded to Mercy Health Center on Queen City Avenue for a patient suffering from a gunshot wound on Nov. 15.
Officials determined that the victim, 26-year-old Dawan Mumin, was shot in the back in the parking lot outside the Glenway Shopping Center on Glencrossing Way.
Mumin was transported for treatment to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries Monday.
Investigators have not identified a suspect at this time.
The Homicide Unit is continuing to investigate the shooting.
