WEST PRICE HILL (FOX19) -
Cincinnati police said a 19-year-old man already charged with a fatal shooting earlier this year is the suspect in another shooting that occurred over the weekend.
Brandon Bauer faces a felonious assault charge after Cincinnati police say he shot a man in the left wrist during an altercation with a .22-caliber semi-automatic handgun just before 5 p.m Sunday in the 1500 block of Beech Avenue, his arrest slip states.
Police said they recovered the handgun used in the shooting from a residence in the 1400 block of Beech Avenue. The weapon was reported stolen out of Clermont County, according to the arrest report.
He also faces charges of receiving stolen property and having weapons while under disability. He was booked into the Hamilton County jail by 9:24 p.m. Sunday and is scheduled to face a judge at 9 a.m. Monday, court records show.
On June 2, Bauer was indicted on a reckless homicide charge after Hamilton County prosecutors concluded he caused the death of James Drifmeyer in a shooting that occurred on or about April 23, court records state.
He was released from jail after his $25,000 bond was posted on June 8, according to Hamilton County Clerk of Court.
