A boxing film starring Mickey Rourke has already started production in Hamilton, The Greater Cincinnati Film Commission announced Tuesday.
“Tiger” will shoot in Hamilton and Cincinnati over the next three weeks.
The movie is based on a true story about boxer Pardeep Nagra. Rourke plays Nagra’s boxing coach.
“Tiger is about man banned from the sport of boxing until he wouldn't back down and stood up for his beliefs,” reads a released from the film commission. “The screenplay also addresses racial profiling along with a courtroom battle, with well-developed characters.”
Janel Parrish of "Pretty Little Liars" will also star in the film.

This will be the sixth major motion picture to come out of the Tri-State this year.
