Toddler Dies After Shooting

Four-year-old dies after accidental shooting by seven-year-old

A four-year-old boy has died a day after he was accidentally shot by his seven-year-old brother. Cincinnati Children's Hospital spokeswoman Amy Hall says Delacey Smith was taken off life support and died around four o'clock yesterday afternoon. Police say no charges are expected against Delacey's brother. The child and another sibling have been released to their father. Hamilton Police Chief Neil Ferdelman says the gun hasn't been found. He also says it unclear who might have been in the house with the children while they were playing with the gun.
