Looking for something exciting to do this weekend? Here's a list of events happening in Cincinnati for the week ahead that you won't want to miss out on. 


Christkindlmarkt at Fountain Square: An authentic German Christmas Market featuring local vendors and artisans and traditional German fare. Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. Sunday, 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Macy’s Light Up the Square celebration: Live music kicks off at 6 p.m. before the officials tree lighting at 7:25 p.m. More live music and fireworks show will follow. Free event.

Rhinegeist Brewery tour: Want to get a behind-the-scenes look at Rhinegeist? Take a free tour of the brewery any time between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. It is suggested that visitors sign up online to guarantee a spot in the tour. 


Metro's Holly Jolly Downtown Trolly: See all the downtown sights on the holiday trolley. It's a free ride from noon until 5 p.m. Board the trolley at Fourth, Fifth, Pike and Elm streets.

Relient K concert: Relient K, Run River North and Cardboard Kids perform at Bogart's beginning at 6:30 p.m. General admission tickets are $18 a person. 

Home Alone the movie with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra: Home Alone features John William's score, performed live to picture at the Cincinnati Music Hall; 1241 Elm Street at 7 p.m. Tickets range from $10 to $104 per person. 


The City Flea: Shop your local retailers in one location at the 21c Museum Hotel from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the City Flea's Small Mall. Admission is free. 

Cincinnati Bengals vs. St. Louis Rams: The Bengals play the Rams at Paul Brown Stadium at 1 p.m. Tickets range from $40 to $270+ per person. 

Crafty Supermarket Holiday Show: An indie craft show for holiday gifts featuring crafters, artists and makers from all over North America. 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Music Hall, 1241 Elm Street.


CAC Store Book Sale: The Contemporary Arts Center Store Book Sale offers up to 60% off of their book cart in the lobby from 10 a.m. through 9 p.m. Members get an additional 10% off. 


Cyclones vs. Mallards: The Cincinnati Cyclones play the Quad City Mallards at U.S. Bank Arena; Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the puck drops at 7:30 p.m. The first 2000 fans will receive a 24 ounce Cyclones Coozie. Tickets range from $13 to $28.50. 


Cincinnati Bearcats vs. Butler: The men's basketball team plays Butler in Fifth Third Arena at 7 p.m. Public tickets range from $15 to $50 per person.
