FOX19 -

Ohio Gov. John Kasich is encouraging Ohioans to avoid wearing khaki pants and using the letter "M" when Ohio State plays Michigan in "The Game" Saturday.

Kasich and Lt. Gov. Mary Taylor first issued Saturday's"Scarlet Letter Saturday" two years ago, which calls for Ohio residents to avoid using the 13th letter of the alphabet on game day.

He and Taylor are now asking Ohio residents to not wear khakis on game day. Why khakis? Because Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh - born in Toledo - is known for wearing Walmart $8 khakis.
