Emergency crews were called to I-275 near Kilby Rd. around 3 a.m. Sunday morning.

Police say Ryan Kennedy, 25, was traveling north on I-275 when he lost control of his vehicle, striking a bridge parapet twice. Kennedy's vehicle came to a stop in the left through lane and and that is when the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office says a box truck struck Kennedy's vehicle.

Destinie Stevens, a passenger in Kennedy's vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene. Jamico Aaron, 26, was also in Kennedy's car at the time of the incident. He was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and is listed in stable condition, according to police.
