HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) -

Three men are behind bars accused in drug trafficking operations in Butler and Hamilton counties, according to Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones.

Rashod Lindsey, 27; Kelvin Whiteside, 23, and Ray Walker, 30, were arrested after simultaneous search warrants on a drug trafficking cell were executed by drug task force units from Butler and Hamilton counties on Dec. 4, Sheriff Jones reports.

During the search, agents located a pound and a half of heroin, miscellaneous pills, five firearms - one being stolen -  $6,000 in cash, a drug press, digital scales and other paraphernalia, Sheriff Jones said.

The heroin had an estimated street value of over $70,000.

“I will take them one at a time, or by the dozen to get this junk off the street and out of this county," Sheriff Jones said.

Lindsey faces charges of trafficking in drugs, possession of drugs, and weapons under disability, all felony charges. Walker and Whiteside face charges of trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs, all charges are felonies.
