Cincinnati Weekend: Dec. 11 - 13


There's plenty to do this weekend, especially if you're in the holiday spirit. Check out what's happening in the Tri-State:

Cincinnati Santacon: Eat, drink and be merry from downtown to the North Pole (also known as Mount Adams.) The bar hop is free, but registration is required. The Saturday event starts at noon at Horseshoe Casino and ends at midnight. 

Holiday Pops: Grammy-winning vocal quartet New York Voices joins the Pops orchestra for traditional and contemporary holiday favorites along with spectacular singers and dancers, and an appearance by Santa himself. Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets: $10 - $73. Music Hall, 1241 Elm Street.

Light up OTR: Over-the-Rhine’s holiday party at Washington Park. The event is Saturday and starts at 6 p.m. with the tree lighting at 6:30 p.m.

The City Flea Holiday Market: The only nighttime urban flea market of the season featuring holiday gifts. Saturday from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. at Washington Park .

Light up Wyoming: Luminaries line the streets for the 29th annual Light Up Wyoming Saturday. The event is held in conjunction with the Wyoming Holiday Open House. 

Art on Vine: An art show featuring fine art and handmade holiday goods for sale. Sunday at 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. Rhinegeist Brewery, 1910 Elm Street.

Star Wars Night at the Cincinnati Cyclones:  Meet your favorite Star Wars characters and watch the Cyclones take on the Evansville Icemen Saturday. The team will wear specialty jerseys that will be auctioned off after the game and kids will be given a Cyclones lightsaber. Tickets: $13 - $26. Puck drops at 7:30 p.m. 

Andy McKee at the Taft Theatre: McKee, one of the world’s finest acoustic guitarists, plays Saturday at 8:30 P.M. Tickets: $16.  317 East 5th Street.

Cincinnati Bengals vs. Pittsburg Steelers: The rivals play at Paul Brown Stadium Sunday at 1 p.m. Resale tickets still available.
