In the spirit for some fun this weekend? We've got you covered -- Here's a look at what's going on in the Tri-State. 

Krohn Conservatory by Candlelight: Enjoy the beauty of the Krohn exhibit by the light of holiday sparkle. Make a holiday greeting card with photography by Nicholas Viltrakis and visits from Santa 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday. 1501 Eden Park Drive. 

Water Wonderland with Scuba Santa: Newport Aquarium presents a holiday celebration under the sea which includes holiday music, twinkling sea creature lights and a visit from Scuba Santa in the Shark Ray Bay Theater Thursday 11 a.m. through 4 p.m. Ticket prices vary. 

Holiday Junction featuring the Duke Energy Trains: More than 300 miniature rail cars and 60 engines run along 1,000 feet of track at this Cincinnati Museum Center annual Holiday event Thursday 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. 1301 Western Avenue. Duke Energy customers can get free vouchers. 

U.S. Bank Ice Rink at Fountain Square: Ice skate on Fountain Square in the midst of downtown's tallest buildings. Santa will be on the ice at 12 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. $3 admission, $3 skate rental. 

The Christmas Ranch: A spectacular walk-thru Christmas wonderland that boasts 1 million Christmas lights that are synchronized to holiday tunes. There are Christmas shops, Santa's bakery, train and wagon rides and pictures with Santa. $20 admission per vehicle Saturday and Sunday 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. 

Snowflake Craft for Kids: Take your kids to the Sharon Centre Saturday to make a few snowflake crafts and learn some interesting facts about frozen precipitation at 2 p.m. until 4 p.m., 11450 Lebanon Road, $1 per craft, $3 parking. 

The Nutcracker from the Cincinnati Ballet: Indulge in Tchaikovsky's most popular work with live instrumentation by the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra in a favorite holiday tradition at the Arnoff Center Wednesday 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., Saturday 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. Ticket prices range from $32 to $95. 

Polar Bear Express Pub Crawl: Enjoy a 2 hour pub crawl including seasonal drink specials at some of Cincinnati's most eclectic bars, aboard the abominably decorated Pedal Wagon in OTR Sunday at 1:15 p.m., 3:15 p.m., 5:45 p.m. or 8:15 p.m. Ticket prices depend on size of party.
