RIPLEY COUNTY, IN (FOX19) -

A Colerain woman convicted of burglarizing and killing a 68-year-old Indiana woman was sentenced to 105 years in prison.

Allison Moore, 25, was sentenced in the death of Nancy Hershman, of Milan.

Police say Moore and two teens robbed, shot and killed Hershman inside her home back in 2012.

The trio picked Hershman at random, according to police.

Hershman's family says that while they are relieved, they feel for Moore's family as well.

"I feel bad for the family. I'm sure they feel that way. I've spoke with them and we both have sadness in our hearts today because of all of this but it goes back, you have to remember who caused the sadness and that's been taken care of to a good point," Darlene Grace, victim's sister.

Moore is eligible for parole after 52 and a half years.

Her attorney says his client plans to appeal the sentence.
