The women took to Facebook after sharing our story to post about his alleged crimes. One victim claims Madden sexually assaulted her when she was 21. The victim is now 23.

Her post reads in part, “When I was 21 he raped me at gunpoint but I was unable to prosecute him.” Police tell Fox 19 Now that they have contacted the victim and will look into reopening her case.

Another victim who asked us not to use her name also took to Facebook to say that Madden threatened her via Facebook messenger when he called her.

The young women said he sent her a picture of his genitals back in August. She said she sent him a message back asking why? “He told me that if I do not pick u his call via messenger that he would hurt somebody that I knew,” the victim said. You can see her full post here.

The police report said the incident happened Aug. 21. She said the suspect mentioned a gun and harming other people. “He latterly said I want to watch you do blah, blah, blah, and hold a gun to your head,” Police tell us they are investigating his Facebook post.

FOX19 NOW has seen some of the pictures Madden allegedly sent to victims. Some claim he made a new account and changed his name using John Kuhl. We have not been able to verify that information.

Madden interviewed with police for two hours and denied the allegations.
