Reilly Comisar said she is a victim of Timothy Madden. He is in a Hamilton County jail awaiting trial on aggravated menacing and public indecency

Madden was arrested on December 14 in Oakley as two women said he exposed himself in front of them and one victim said he threatened to kill her if she didn’t watch him.

Comisar filed a police report back on April 29, 2014 alleging he raped her. She said she is coming forward and speaking out hoping others will follow her lead.

Madden was not charged in her case as Comisar said she was told there was not enough evidence in the rape kit.

The police report reads that the case was cleared as of August 7, 2014 but for Comisar that night has stuck with her.

She tells us the two have mutual friends and were friends on Facebook. The 23-year-old explained that Madden would often comment on her posts.

In the report, it reads, “[the] suspect forced her to perform oral sex on him while holding a gun and knife. Victim punched the suspect and fled the area.”
While sitting outside a home in Terrace Park, she said, “I was able to escape from his car and I ran to a strangers house.”

Since FOX19 NOW first posted the story about Madden, several woman have come forward and said they were a victim of his. Several posted their thoughts on Facebook explaining that Madden sent  them pictures of male genitals. One women who filed a report against him in August. The woman said, “he told me that if I don’t pick up his call via [Facebook] messenger that he would hurt somebody that I knew.”

Comisar saw that story and said she called the Hamilton County prosecutor’s office to remind them of hers. She said she offered to speak out or help them in any way they can. “All I want is for nobody to go through what I went through,” she said.

Police tell FOX19 NOW they are looking to reopen her rape case. The prosecutor’s office said they could not comment either way unless a suspect was charged.
