Recipe: White Christmas Mac & Cheese

This macaroni and cheese recipe from Chef Bambina is perfect for holiday parties - or any time of year!

What you need:
1 Quart Heavy Whipping Cream
1 lb Lobster Meat
1 1/2 Cup Aged Sharp White Cheddar Shredded
1 Cup Smoked Gouda Shredded
1 Cup Parmigiano Reggiano Grated
1 Cup Cubed Muenster 
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Black Truffle Salt
Granulated Garlic
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
White Pepper
1 Box Macaroni Noodle
Finely Chopped Parsley, Rosemary, Thyme

What you do:
1. Preheat your oven to 350, cook your pasta under al dente.
2. In a sauce pan Bring your heavy cream to a high simmer and reduce it. Make sure the cream is at a high simmer and add your cheeses making sure to set aside a ½ cup of Smoked Gouda.
3. Add the of soup, cheeses and season the sauce with truffle salt, garlic, white pepper and red pepper flakes to your liking.
4. In a 3 quart baking dish combine the pre cooked pasta, desired amount of sauce and the cubed muenster cheese. Mix in half the lobster meat and then half on top.
5. Top with the remaining smoked gouda and fine chopped herbs and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes depending on your oven.
6. Garnish with chopped Parsley before serving.
