EAST WESTWOOD, OH (FOX19 NOW) -

A grand jury indicted an East Westwood man accused in a gun battle earlier this month that left one dead and three others injured.

Anthony Rosemond Jr., 31,  is indicted for murder and multiple felonious assault, drugs and weapons while under disability charges.

Rosemond is accused of shooting and killing 24-year-old Jonathan Austin, who died at the scene of the shooting, according to police.

Officers responded to Baltimore and McHenry avenues for the shooting about 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 8. When they arrived, they said they discovered at least 10 to 20 bullets may have been fired.

The other three male victims were taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center.  Their conditions, names and ages have not been released.
