Two people died, and a third was hurt in an overnight crash on Winton Road, police said early Monday.
Officers said they responded to the 9600 block of Winton Road near Millbrook Drive just after midnight.
When they arrived, they determined a black Lexus traveling northbound ran off the road and slammed into a tree and utility pole.
The driver Dough Roeder, 33, of Springfield Township, and passenger Kimberly Fillingane, 32, of Middletown, died in the crash, according to Springfield Township Police.
A third passenger was transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center in serious, but stable condition, officials said.
Traffic investigators learned the occupants were leaving a bar after an altercation in the parking lot, police said.
Police say alcohol and speed were a factor in the crash.
