AVONDALE, OH (FOX19) -

Two parents are accused of delaying medical care for their sick 4-month-old baby.

Clinton Randolph and Denayshia Lattimore, both 22, are held on child endangering charges at the Hamilton County jail.

Cincinnati police arrested the pair Thursday morning after an investigation determined they delayed seeking medical care for their daughter after noticing she was "twitching" (having seizures," court records show.

"This resulted in serious physical harm" to the infant, who was underweight and malnourished, an affidavit shows.

The offense allegedly occurred Dec. 22 at the family residence in the 600 block of Rockdale Avenue.
