Bond Hill house inhabitable after fire

Cincinnati Police and Fire crews are responded to reports of a fire in Bond Hill Monday.

According to officials the blaze started at a residence in the 5210 block of Laconia Avenue in Bond Hill just after 6:15 p.m. 

Reports said a resident called 911 and exited her home after seeing and smelling smoke in the house and determined fire was present somewhere within the walls. 

Cincinnati fire crews said they arrived to find some in an upstairs bedroom and found there was fire behind the wall. 

The structure was reported as inhabitable with an estimated $10,000 in damages.
