A man is recovering this morning after Cincinnati police said he was pistol-whipped and shot Monday night.
Officers responded to the 2500 block of Victory Parkway just before 11 p.m.
When they arrived, they found a man in his 30s or early 40s shot once in the leg and pistol-whipped.
He was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said.
