COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Eastbound Interstate 275 is fully open again after a three-vehicle crash snarled it at the Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway Friday morning.

The two right lanes were blocked on eastbound I-275 for about 30 minutes after the 7:15 a.m. collision.

Major delays are reported in the area, with vehicles stacked up for miles.

Injuries were reported, and an ambulance was sent to the scene, a dispatcher said.

The ambulance was either disregarded or left without taking anyone to a hospital, she said.
