Former Thomas More safety director pleads not guilty to child porn charges

CRESTVIEW HILLS, KY (FOX19) -

The former director of campus safety for Thomas More College appeared in court Monday after being charged with 36 counts of child porn possession.

Robert Marshall, 52, pleaded not guilty and asked for a bond reduction so he could make bail and search for a job.

The judge allowed it, but But Marshall is not allowed to use the Internet and can only leave his house during the day to search for a job.

Marshall was fired by TMC Friday after he was charges with the 36 counts.

Covington Police say an investigation into Marshall started two years ago. A witness reported the material on Marshall's home computer.

A grand jury indicted Marshall on 36 counts of Possession of a Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance by a Minor. He's facing a maximum of 20-years in prison, according to the Kenton County Prosecutor's Office.
