CLIFTON, OH (FOX19) -

A 56-year-old man is accused of groping two female patients inside their room at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Mark Rivers of Walnut Hills is charged with three counts of sexual imposition. He was being treated at Good Sam at the time of the alleged incidents.

According to court records, he entered the women's hospital room and climbed onto the bed of one of the women while she napped Jan. 4.

The woman said she woke up and he was lying next to her, groping her breasts through her hospital gown, Cincinnati police wrote in a sworn statement.

The woman said he told her to "Shhh," it states. She said she jumped up and ran over to pull the nurse alert alarm on the wall.

While she was alerting the nurses, Rivers allegedly approached the other woman in her hospital bed and began to grope her legs despite being told she wasn't interested when he asked her for sex earlier that day, court records show.

When he realized nurses had been alerted, he ran from the room, they state.

According to the sworn statement, he admitted to a police officer who responded to take the report "that he had felt on the ladies."

The women identified Rivers as the man who touched them, records show.
