A four-vehicle crash is slowing traffic on southbound Interstate 75 north of the Norwood Lateral, according to Cincinnati police.
One injury was reported in the 9:30 a.m. collision, police said.
The left lanes were shut down for about 30 minutes with motorists reporting traffic was at a dead stop.
All lanes opened by 10 a.m., but backups remain in the area.
Tuesday has been a bad morning for that stretch of I-75.
Earlier, a crash and vehicle fire shut down all but the far right lane on the northbound side of the highway at the end of the morning rush hour.
Traffic backed up clear to I-74.
