A four-vehicle crash with injuries slowed the morning commute on southbound Interstate 75 as motorists head out of Butler County into Hamilton County Wednesday.
Both left lanes were blocked at the Shepherd Lane exit for about 45 minutes, Hamilton County dispatchers said.
The highway fully reopened by 7:45 a.m.
Traffic backed up for miles past I-275 into southern Butler County.
At least one person from the 6:50 a.m. crash was taken by ambulance to Fairfield Mercy Hospital, a dispatcher said.
A second victim went to West Chester Hospital.
The extent of their injuries were not immediately available.
